A stress-managing training in workplaces
In the course of workplace stress-managing training we start a self-cognitive process which renders understanding of the other person’s motivation possible, thus facilitating settlement of workplace conflicts. We can offer practical solutions for managing both conflicts and stress. This of course increases the employee’s creativity, improves his initiative and decision potential and refines his working scheme and self-managing. He gets to know the ways and means of personal evolvement, meanwhile also serving the interests the community he belongs to.
